Challenge:
Led by Cirque du Soleil choreographer Clarence Ford, Square Circle Social Circus is a program that uses circus skills and creative pursuits to help inner city youth discover their own talents and drive change in their community. The challenge was to convincingly convey the academic value of this unique program to educators.

Solution:
Develop a short testimonial video that merges a middle-school teacher’s firsthand story with captivating footage of kids juggling to dancing. I conducted the interview, sourced the B-roll footage/stills, edited and produced the video in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Results:
This video helped build Square Circle’s credibility and ‘sell’ it to the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) for inclusion in its curriculum.
